Talks, workshops and presentations regarding the environmental impacts of food production and consumption
Dissemination of the results of our studies is an important part of our work. Members of ESU-services presented the results of LCA case studies for food production and consumption on different occasions at workshops, conferences and other events. Some of the English presentations dealing with the environmental impacts of food and nutrition are available for download here. Many more presentations are available on the German webpage.
An overview on our activities related to LCA of food is also available. Our case studies are listed on a seperate page. Several further information related to food consumption can be found in media releases. A full list of all presentations on different subjects can be found on our webpage.
